Sinalli does not exchange or refund due to change of mind, so please choose your garments carefully and according to our size chart which you will find on our website.
Please note that unless your faulty item/s are unworn, unwashed and in original condition & packaging with ALL labels & tags still attached upon return, Sinalli will not issue a refund. Our refunds do not include postage affiliated with your initial order.

If the item you have purchased via our online shop is faulty, we will gladly issue a refund within 7 days upon receipt of delivery.
We ask that the item you wish to return is unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with ALL labels and tags still attached. Note that return postage will be at the cost of Sinalli if your item proves to be a manufacturing fault.
Please allow 7-10 business days for the return of your item to be processed and exchange/refund to be approved. You will receive an email notification with receipt attached, once your refund has been completed. If it is a simple exchange, you will receive an email notification with tracking details once your replacement item has been dispatched.
